As terry towel suppliers, we produce all our fabric at our factories in Val Gandino, near Milan. Our dedicated manufacturing team are experts at transforming cotton into plush, absorbent terry towelling. Superior cotton for superior terry towelling

The quality of our production is rooted in a meticulous selection of raw materials. For our terry cloth, we choose 100% ring-spun cotton, available in both single and double-twisted yarn. Upon request, we can also guarantee OEKO-TEX®, GRS, or GOTS certified yarns, ensuring a final product that respects the environment and the skin health of those who will use our linens every day.

The manufacturing process

We weave the cotton on our cutting-edge machines at our headquarters in Casnigo, using 13 jacquard and 3 dobby looms. We then either sell the unprocessed terry towelling directly to our customers or pass it on to fabric dyeing specialists.

Branded products direct from terry towel suppliers

We can customise each terry cloth product with logos and messages on our jacquard looms. Alternatively, we can weave the terry fabric plain and embroider it at a later stage.

From fabric to finished goods

Once dyed, our terry cloth comes to life, taking the shape of premium bathrobes, bath sheets, and towels; available both under the Almatex brand and for private label. The final tailoring is handled either directly in-house or by a select network of partners, ensuring we deliver exceptional bath linens with no compromises on quality.

Packaging takes centre stage

The finished goods return to our factory in nearby Leffe, where we pack them in plastic bags or elegant cardboard packaging and label them to certify that they’re made in Italy. Depending on the customer’s requirements, we sometimes package individual items further in boxes or on custom pallets.

Distributing bath towels, bathrobes and hand towels

Once packaged, our towels and bathrobes are ready for sale. We use trusted suppliers to deliver them across Europe.
